Focabari is a harmonious blend of two culinary worlds:

Italian Foccacia: Known for its airy texture and delicate crust.
Persian Barbari: Loved for its rich flavour and rustic appeal.

This artisanal bread is made with wholesome ingredients, including Whole Wheat Flour, Rye Flour, Unbleached Flour, and a Sourdough Starter. The result? A bread that's soft, flavourful, and perfect for sandwiches, dipping, or enjoying on it's own.
